New Headway The popular way to learn English - an ESL Book Review
61New Headway THIRD Edition - Book Reviews
The New Headway THIRD Edition by John and Liz Soars are published by Oxford University Press.
Each level of Headway books has an iTools computer interactive CD-ROM.
I really like using this in the classroom because the students look up and are attentive. When the time is right, they use their books to study the lesson. Then it is back to the interactive white board to consolidate learning with more interactive activities.
The New Headway books take a modern approach with students being involved in learning about the things that are in their lives such as e-bay, magazines, international market places and much, much more that is relevant to life in the 21st century.

Gramarye - those resources sound really valuable for today's classrooms! That they coordinate reading skills with the interactive participation gained on the computer is wonderful! "Headway" is a most appropriate name for them!
Thanks for sharing it, Gramarye!
I like the teaching style you mentioned, and this learning style would work with adults as well. Great book idea, and informative hub. Thanks for the info.
